Motivation and internal conflicts are the first steps. We need to learn about proper nutrition and exercise to provide our developing Slim Mentality with proper tools to work with.

 

You set your own pace. I suggest 4 weekly office visits during which in addition to medical consultation and assessments you will be educated about:

 

1st Visit. Values and motivations. Target weight and calories. Basics of low carb diets.

 

2nd Visit.  Beliefs. Carbohydrates in more details. 

 

3rd Visit. Reinforce motivations. Discover better beliefs. Proteins and Fats. 

 

4th visit review and reconciliate the above.
